Q: What is your purchase warranty ?

A: I work with you personally on your order to ensure that you are happy with the selections on material, framing and size of the print for the intended room. All purchases are final. Warranty does not cover if you change your mind about the print chosen. However, if the product arrives damaged, I will replace it free of charge.

Q: How long does it take for delivery to take place?

A: As these are customized pieces, I will provide the timeline for production and shipping once the selections are made and order is ready to be placed. Payment must be received prior to the order submitted.

Q: What if I’m unsure of the size, medium or frame I need?

A: I will help you in determining what is best in size, medium and frame as we work through the details you provide on the Order Form. To help with the process, I will also be asking for a photograph of the room where the print will reside. This will help with the sizing and colours to complement your space. The order will only be placed once you have confirmed that the options chosen are satisfactory.

Q: What happens if the print is damaged during shipping?

A: Print providers are very careful with securely packing the print so it is well padded and does not shift in the box during shipping. However, in the unfortunate occasion when a box say “falls off the truck” and the actual framed print is damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. In this case, contact me either via Email (support@viviensphotography.com) or the Contact Form on the website with your name, name of print, order # and a picture of the damaged product and I will ensure a replacement is ordered and shipped.

Q: How do I pay for a print?

A: I accept payment via E-Transfer and PayPal.
