Meet Vivien

Welcome to Vivien’s Photography, where nature’s beauty is captured and shared with the world. 

Growing up in a small and over-populated island surrounded by skyscrapers, I often felt confined and longed for wide-open spaces so that I could breathe fresh air. The chance to immerse myself in nature and capture natural landscapes has finally given me the outlet I’ve been searching for.

After retiring, I discovered a new found passion for capturing images of nature and landscapes through photography. Despite not being an outdoors person for most of my life, I now intentionally venture outdoors in all four seasons. My goal is to create images that capture those serene moments in the environment when I feel relaxed, surrounded by tranquility and connected to the earth.

Now my focus is on creating images of landscapes and vistas, with the purpose of sharing these enriching experiences with others. This sense of composure brings me inner peace, unlike any other activity I’ve experienced and I would like for others to feel it too. It has inspired me to share my work and make it my vision to continue doing so.

My photography method explores the various elements of the environment with the intention of capturing the nuances in an image that will ultimately bring these elements to my viewer. Join me on this journey as we explore the beauty of nature together through my lens.
